Just saw a CSU ad on TV
« on: September 21, 2008, 10:18:35 PM »
Just being curious

there was a 30 second add on TV advertising CSU     something along the lines of  'the world is getting faster/ trail car lights / world locations

and spinning talking head at the end

does anyone know who/ what company made this?  I did a quick google and came up empty

If my work is s***. Then i MUST be told it's s***. And why it's s***. If not... what is the point of a 'Visual Effects Community?'

That would be CSU Marketing if you’re referring to the latest ad campaign. Keep an eye out for local students/employees amongst the stock footage who swivel like gameshow contests at the end. I’d best be mute on this topic as my experience has been that most of the marketing people are lovely, capable, enthusiastic staff but there’s been the odd disagreeable decision or two. They outsource the advertising. And before you enquire, “Why aren’t we making these ad’s?...” [edit] ;)

Hehehe, my sister goes to ANU. We should start spelling ANU with an S on the end.
Until next time...
