Dear god, yes. They even did something with Be@rbricks in them which is cool.

Could you really deal with all the 'fake' people in LA is the better question, though...

The design community over there is huge so if you're going to spend more time with that crowd, there might not be too much time to actually interact with the apparent minutiae of 'fake' (whichever sense of the word) people.

Quite possible. I'd like to think any of the definitions to be safe. :D

I plan on going to Britain at this point once I'm out of the course; even as just a temporary thing.
Internships of course sound interesting, but how do we find out about them? Random advertisements, unis, or do we actually just wait for a couple of years until we're ready and not just a curious first year?
Just in case people were wondering, it stands for 'At The Convenience Of The Experimenter.'

And now... this!

You plan on leaving Australia for Britain - seems a strange decision to me...
I did it the opposite way round and doubt I could go back there and stay for any extended period now...
I plan on hitting the US or Canada some time after I graduate... (if all goes to plan, I won't even be 21 when I leave Uni!!)
