Studio closure.
« on: June 04, 2007, 12:30:33 PM »
No other place to put this.

Hages, consider this more a question rather a bitch and whinge. But what, exactly, happened to the lab? If indeed it was a "few thoughtless individuals" who were responsible... then the rest of the two animation courses can't be held accountable, and could 'probably' (this is an understatement) use an explanation of what's going on - we've done nothing wrong. We're one week from assessment, and there are a heck of a lot of students who were relying on that studio to render work ahead of the assignments next week.

There is going to be a lot of very unhappy students - and alot of failing grades - if we don't have a lab, or at the very least an explanation why our only facilities have been closed.

Thanks,

-James

and lo in our time of need multimedia and vfx threw away their differences and shared their own resources with each other...and then I laughed because as if thats going to happen. Would still be noice tho.

As is I got permission off hages to aquire footage that I had left on the computers. But I'd hurry if anyone needs anything worth saving because the computers are being wiped...

OMG OMG OMG!!!! *freaks out* !!!!!

Whats happened!? and ur right, why dont we have an explanation!?
I dont have a computer that runs fast enough to do any animation, let alone photoshop work, and i was told to use the labs as much as possible..! But now what am i going to do? perhaps i shall shrivel up and die... or eat my own head...?
i was only there the other night... what could possibly have happened?  :-[

btw, shouldnt that mean that we have a small extension? :-[
