Title: Leopard Lashes
Post by: Hages on October 29, 2007, 03:28:59 PM
Every serious digital content creation freak wants to know about Apple’s latest operating system even if they have no intention of running it. And that could be the consequence even if they do. Adobe CS3 is not fully compatible (http://www.adobe.com/go/leopardfaq), the latest Java won’t run (http://www.regdeveloper.co.uk/2007/10/29/no_java_for_leopard/), or nor may the machine (http://www.smh.com.au/news/technology/spotty-leopard-makes-mac-users-catty/2007/10/29/1193618759320.html?page=fullpage#contentSwap1). Who would've thought the Mac would steal Windows BSOD? PR is working on it now and in several months all of this will be forgotten by the faithful. Microsoft’s Vista was no better but at least featured a 2 year public beta for issues to be known and published prior to release. But if you want the ultimate in irony you can’t beat this hack (http://dailyapps.net/2007/10/hack-attack-install-leopard-on-your-pc-in-3-easy-steps/). ;D
