Im not really sure how long Lost can last before it gets booted.

I mean it was awesome when it first started, and after their first 'shock death' its just been a slow decline full of dropped story lines, and random deaths.

Dont get me wrong i still watch it an enjoy it.. intrigued even, but i cant see it going past a 4th season... Yet at the same time i cant see the ending either...

It can't end with them getting rescued. That would just be incredibly lame for the show..

Ha ha! All those Games  :o
I'm still playing Twilight Princess. Gone are the days when i can have all nighters, just to finish a game.
The only all nighters i'm pulling are doing work.

The issue i wanna raise is, do any of you have heaps of games that you have hardly touched but just don't get the time to? It's sort of a permanent situation for me.

yeh man. like theres games there that i played when i first got them but havent touched them since i got first played them..

so yeh. its kinda permanent 4 me 2.. then i go to play them, but it kinda ends up bein.. nahhh, another time  :P

I've been getting into the Asterix the Gaul films; I can remember watching Asterix Vs. Caesar as a kid, and now seeing a couple of others, well, I suppose it would've been nice if they could've kept the dubbing voice actors kinda consistent (I prefer the Asterix Vs. Caesar voices the most).

The others I've seen were Asterix Conquers America (a dream of the French, I'm sure) and Asterix and the Vikings, which was apparently released last year. They're not perfect, but to someone who grew up with the comics they're worthwhile.

Asterix comics were the best... but i cant say iv ever seen any of the films.

Ah games..

Well here we go, this essentially covers everything;

- Halo (1 & 2)
- Prince of Persia (1-3)
- Splinter Cell (1-4)
- Unreal series (Unreal games, Tournaments and Championships)
- Gears of War
- Zelda series
- Diablo (1 & 2)
- Warcraft 3
- Dawn of War
- FarCry (computer original - not the crappy console versions [abominations >:(])
- Max Payne 2
- Oblivion
- Black
- Turok series

uhh, and anything Star Wars (complete nerd - Jedi Knight series, KOTOR I & II, Rogue Squadron series, Battlefront I & II, Republic Commando, Bounty Hunter, Shadows of the Empire, Bounty Hunter, Episode I & III).

So as u can see im a man of many faces. But not Playstation..

And never Playstation  :P

Movies / The Mummy 3

Hi everybody,

If theres any fans of 'The Mummy' movies out there there's plans for a sequel to 'The Mummy Returns' planned for 2008. Brendan Fraiser is returning to his role, but Rachel Weisz isnt - so the writers are basing it around Fraiser's character and his son. And rather than replace Weisz with another actor (which would suck in my opinion) they're writing the character out. So i'm beginning to have doubts about the movie already.

Seeing as the Mummy from the previous films has been dealt with, they're introducing a new setting (Asia sumwhere) with a new Mummy - played by Jet Li.

Huuge fan of Starship Troopers over here  ;D

The most recent movie i've seen is 300, TMNT is on the plan soon, and then Spiderman..

But in terms of suggestions theres an anime - Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust. It kicks. And Garden State (Zach Braff).

the only thing that left a little to be desired was the plot.

At least they showed what was going on politically and personally etc back in Sparta. If it didnt have that im not sure how it wouldve held up.

I love the tint of the red against the other colors of the film.

It really stood out ay, and seeing how the spartans were the only ones who wore it kinda reconfirmed that 'Spartans absolutely kick arse' idea. Some of the shot of Leonidas (if that how u spell it) made him look incredibly evil and intimidating (mainly cos of the helmet), so awesome.

I've been meaning to ask... What was everyone's thoughts on 300?

I felt it was, of course, a special fx masterpeice, but i can see why the critics ripped it - the story being minimal in terms of great depth.. But i mean what more did you need; PLOTLINE - 300 guys go to fight a battle that they have no real hope of winning, and they all die..

A special note on the way the fight scenes were done - focusing on one or two people's fight with the whole slow to fast motion, i thought it worked extremely well. It really drew you in, and after it finished it was like 'No way there was like 5 guys fighting behind him..
