Hey that's pretty sexy. Also, Pixar will be one of the speakers at Semi-Permanent this year for anyone interested. The tickets are $120 bucks though compared to the $90 that was on offer last year (still, I reckon a good time's to be had).

Well, at least this thread's gotten a bit more notice... I forgot about it. :P Yet another triumph for Will Wright I reckon. It looks absolutely fantastic and definitely fun. Anyone see the video where Robin Williams was playing around with the game? Twas great.

I'm a bit too lazy to bother going to Amazon to find out more so I pose the question: are they full seasons or just a selection of episodes making up the discs?

Hey people!  Steve(n) here from Sydney.  I'm a third year grapho/multimedia student who's beginning to freak out major about the year ahead.  Usually a stickler for grammatical correctness, I've finally given up on the matter and am embracing making words up and constructing sentences in the most unreadable (or at least unbearably readable) of ways.

Hmm, what else?  Oh yeah, I'm fairly self-absorbed, don't drink much in the way of coffee, or indeed, caffeinated products, love a majority of the Disney animated features, have extremely poor time management skills, and am most definitely not a gamer (Brain Training anyone?).  Hmm... I also love designing characters, especially hand drawn and vector styled ones. Wooh!

Hope you first years enjoy 2008!  I'm rather nervous if I must say so myself.

Oh, and contrary to what a few people have said of me in the past... I am SO not a post whore!  C'mon, I'm only third on the post count rankings, John's not even much here anymore and Pam... Pam, you're a whore (in the most posty of ways that is)! XD

I'm sure most of these haven't been released on DVD (though Beast Wars definitely has). There most certainly are other ways to get them though... like Sailor Moon (including the uncut versions *cough*).

Woot for old school programming! Some of my faves (apart from the ones listed) were:

- Insektors
- Budgie the Little Helicopter
- The Busy World of Richard Scarry
- Beast Wars
- Sailor Moon

So many of these bring back good memories of lazing about in front of the tele before the news and dinner. :D

Wow, it's amazing that they don't make NERF frisbees, considering they have an abundance of footballs and other 'throwable' objects. Oh well, there's always Wahu for that... just without the NERF(!) foam fun. :-X

For some reason I keep thinking of NERF toys... I think it's just a mispelling. :P Otherwise, I also ask for the solution to the mystery.

Yeah, I'm definitely interested - an Australian production done out of sheer passion with an initially crappy budget? CRAZY!

Not sure how many of you actually listen to Fall Out Boy, but their video clip for "Carpal Tunnel of Love" is pretty damn awesome (HAPPY TREE FRIENDS! YAY!):

Best two watch it on the official Mondo website though since it's of a much better quality over there.

Also, here's the winning entry for Bjork's "Innocence" video contest I posted about a few months back:

Sexy motion graphics goodness.
