I believe its Under $80,000 gets $900.  Must have lodged 07/08  tax return by June 31st this year to receive the payment.  Payments start April for most people.  Family payments and some others have started already via centrelink.

The ATO information site : will explain all!

How much is the payment and when will I receive it?

Your tax bonus payment will be:

    * $900 if your taxable income is up to and including $80,000
    * $600 if your taxable income is between $80,001 and $90,000, and
    * $250 if your taxable income is between $90,001 and $100,000.

Your payment will not be used to offset any of your other tax debts.

Payments will start from early April 2009. People who have already had their tax returns assessed will be the first to receive their payment. The fastest way to receive payment is directly into your bank account.

The later you lodge your 2007-08 tax return, the longer it will take for you to get your payment. E-tax is available to lodge your return online.

Taken from the ATO site, "How much is the payment and when will I receive it?" section.

Edit: It seems I can't spell too well after midnight.

PC / NVIDIA's Quadro FX 5800 with 4GB graphics memory
« on: November 11, 2008, 12:19:33 PM »
From the link:
That's some serious boasting by NVIDIA, but this is some serious graphics horsepower. The Quadro FX 5800, already seen in NVIDIA's Quadro Plex D data cruncher, replaces the 5600 at the top of the NVIDIA heap with 240 CUDA-programmable parallel cores and the industry's first card with 4GB of graphics memory. MSRP? Just $3,499 for you big spender -- pennies for the companies who can harness the power for the purposes of oil and gas exploration, 4D modeling, and graphics design.

ahh super.. coz my print screen button doesnt seem to be doing anything at all..
cheers Hages

Just for future reference the print screen button puts the screen 'dump'/shot/capture into the clipboard (Most applications use this clipboard) from which you can paste (ctrl+v) into word, Micrsoft Paint, Photoshop etc and then save via those programs as you would a normal image or document.

SuperToon II Body & Face Rigging is not working correctly, the audio comes up but unfortunatly no video. The others seem to work just not this one. Thanks.

I've checked over this problem and identified it as true and lab wide.  The video itself appears to be corrupted on all sources of it I have.  I will look into getting a new source for the file.

For those who want to know, the video is using a different codec to the other files (For some unknown reason) and it appears to be this codec (SVQ3) that is causing the players (I tested quite a few) to cause frame render errors.

Maya Tutorials

Getting Started

The Links to the tutorials are within the folder Maya Tutorials (This will be on your desktop).  To start using the tutorials, you will need to firstly run the Enable_Tutorials.bat file.  This file resides within the Maya Tutorial folder, which is on your desktop.

This file will need to be run only once on the computer you are currently using in the lab, as the licensing is linked to computer and user.  Should you change computers you will need to run the Enable_Tutorials.bat again.

Essentially, if the tutorials ask for a license/media key, close the tutorial, run the Enable_Tutorials.bat and then run your tutorial of choice.
