Title: Assessment Cover Sheets
Post by: rdarnz on May 04, 2007, 08:03:32 AM
Is there a specific place to download a template file, or will a self-created one suffice?
We do submit our VFX assessments with a printed cover sheet, right?
I've been told we can put a ReadMe type file onto the disc we submit the work on , also...
So I'm not completely sure...

For a read me, i usually use a text file;

--=== Read First ===--.txt

Student Number:
Subject Code:

Disc includes:  (in order of Importance)

Assessment items.
 - Uncompressed
 - Compressed
Project files.
 - Image files.
 - Models
 - Scene files

-<The assessment items should be kept separate from the project files and be the first thing Hages can find. The project files should include the Maya project directory and directories that your used for the project. This should also include textures and images so all he has to do is drag it onto his render beast, open Maya and recompile the scenes himself.>-

Credits for any resources someone has shared with you.

i used this from the start of second year ... i didn't stick to it very well. but i used at least the first part of it in nearly all my assessments
